Owing to the current COVID restrictions, we are currently only shipping to the UK.
We really appreciate every order placed with us and aim to start processing orders as soon as they are received. We dispatch orders Monday through Friday. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, though it may take longer in certain circumstances. Orders received on a non-working day will be dispatched the next working day.
In the event that a product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you immediately. If you place multiple orders within a short period of time (generally 24-48 hours), your orders may be consolidated and delivered as a single order. If your order is made up of multiple items, some items may be dispatched separately.
Please note that estimated delivery times are to be used as a general guide, as delays can sometimes occur that are outside of our control, particularly during busy times such as Christmas. We will do our best to deliver goods promptly, however, we can not accept liability for delay in delivery for any cause.
General delivery information:
* Orders will be sent to the delivery address that you have provided on the order form – please ensure that your delivery address is correct and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for incorrect/incomplete addresses.
We are not able to make changes or corrections to orders once placed. If the delivery address provided by you at checkout is incorrect or incomplete, we are not responsible for the loss of your order. In the case that your address is incorrect or incomplete, your order may be returned to us or the courier may apply a charge to your delivery costs which we will add to your order. Note that we will do this independently of any free delivery offers (if applicable). If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please notify us in writing via the Contact Us page within 3 working days of receipt of Goods, quoting your original order number, with details of the problem. Exchanges or refunds for damaged or defective goods are offered at our sole discretion.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. This does not apply to Special Offers. If your order has already been dispatched before you decided to cancel, you will have to return the item at your own expense. We will issue a refund minus the original delivery costs within 30 working days on receipt of the goods being returned to us unopened, unused and available for resale. To cancel an order please let us know in writing using the Contact Us page on this website.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order, if we do not deliver to your area or if an incorrect price was listed in error. Any cancellation will be notified by email and any payment made will be credited back as soon as possible.
You must notify us within 14 days if you intend to return any goods via the Contact Us page, stating your name and order number, the items you wish to return and your reason for return.
All items must be returned to us within 28 days of receipt and in their original unused, unopened re-saleable condition, candles unlit, postage is at your own cost and we advise that you obtain proof of postage when returning items.
You will receive a full refund of the price paid (excluding any delivery charges).
If you received a free gift with your purchase, this must also be returned with your item, unopened and unused in order to obtain a full refund.
When returning goods please package carefully in their original packaging to avoid damage in transit (any returned goods that are deemed to be damaged upon receipt will not be accepted as a return). Include your name, order number and state your reason for return. Please note that if your delivery gets lost in the post and is not received by us, we will be unable to issue a refund - therefore it is best to return goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, so that you are able to track your delivery.
Sale items and samples are non-returnable.
WITHOUT EXCEPTION WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON OPENED OR USED ITEMS.
