It is the seven crystals of the chakra backed by 4mm black tourmaline beads.

This high quality crystal bead bracelet has seven genuine crystal beads each representing the seven chakra points of the body.  It looks great when worn on its own but is also ideal for stacking with other dainty bracelets.
